Corporate Training built on trust, not slides

Most training days end with polite applause and zero behaviour change. We run programmes that shift how your managers think, communicate and lead, measured in retention numbers, not smile sheets.

How a programme comes together

Every engagement follows four stages. We skip nothing, because skipping the diagnostic is why most training fails.

01

Listen first

We interview six to ten people across your organisation: frontline staff, middle managers, senior leaders. The goal is to hear the friction points nobody puts in a slide deck. This takes about two weeks and costs nothing until we agree to proceed.

02

Design around reality

Using what we heard, we build a programme that addresses your actual problems. If the issue is that new managers default to micromanagement under pressure, the exercises rehearse delegation under stress, not generic "leadership styles" theory.

03

Deliver in short bursts

Two-day residential courses can feel productive, but behaviour change needs repetition. We run sessions of two to three hours, spaced over several weeks, so participants practise between sessions and bring real stories back into the room.

04

Measure what changed

Ninety days after the final session, we survey participants and their direct reports. We track three things: trust scores, meeting effectiveness and voluntary turnover. If the numbers haven't moved, we re-run the weak modules at no extra cost.

Programmes we run

Pick one, combine two, or let us build something new after the diagnostic stage.

Manager leading a trust-building workshop

Trust foundations for new managers

Designed for people in their first eighteen months of management. Covers psychological safety, giving feedback without triggering defensiveness, and running meetings people actually want to attend. Six sessions over eight weeks.

Senior leaders in a strategic coaching conversation

Senior leadership alignment

When the executive team disagrees behind closed doors and presents a united front that fools nobody, trust erodes fast. This programme uses structured dialogue to surface real disagreements and turn them into shared decisions. Four half-day sessions over six weeks.

4 half-days · 6 weeks
Cross-functional team collaboration session

Cross-team collaboration reset

Sales blames product. Product blames engineering. Sound familiar? We bring the teams together for joint problem-solving exercises that rebuild working relationships. Runs as a concentrated two-week sprint with daily check-ins.

What happened at a Scottish logistics firm

We worked with their operations division for twelve weeks in 2024.

"Before the programme, our warehouse supervisors had a 38% annual turnover rate. People didn't leave the company; they left their managers. Twelve weeks of focused coaching brought that number down to 15% within six months."

Questions we hear often

Honest answers, no sales pitch buried inside them.

Pricing depends on group size, number of sessions and whether you want the 90-day measurement stage included. As a rough guide, the six-session new-manager programme for a group of twelve runs between £8,500 and £11,000 plus VAT. We quote after the free diagnostic conversations, never before.
Yes, though we prefer at least the first and last sessions to happen face-to-face. Trust exercises lose something over video. For fully remote teams, we use breakout-room structures and asynchronous reflection journals to compensate.
Resistance usually means the programme was imposed without context. During the diagnostic stage, we talk to the participants themselves, not just their bosses. When people see that the programme addresses a problem they already feel, resistance drops sharply. We have never had a group refuse to engage after the first session.
We work across the UK and have delivered programmes in Manchester, Bristol and London. Travel costs are included in the quote for mainland Britain. For international engagements, we discuss logistics case by case.
We use a twelve-item survey adapted from academic research on organisational trust (Mayer, Davis and Schoorman's integrative model). Participants and their direct reports complete it before the programme and again at the 90-day mark. The score is a composite of perceived competence, benevolence and integrity. We share the raw data with you, not just a summary.
